About the Off-Campus Housing Fair

The Annual Housing & Dining Programs Off-Campus Housing Fair will be on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 4PM - 6PM (MGC, University Club). The fair is a chance to expose students to off-campus housing options through initial introductions with property managers, landlords, community services, and AU departments in order to assist in the transition from university residence halls to local housing. Refreshments provided for all participants.

Throughout January, members of the Housing & Dining Program's Conference & Residential Service's team will hold our "Moving Off-Campus" informational programs, which are designed to help prepare students who are interested in living-off campus. The workshop will cover topics such as: Off-Campus Housing Options, Working with Landlords, Financial Planning, Transportation Services in DC, and the Ins & Outs of Signing a Lease. We'll also be tabling in the Mary Graydon Center - stop by with your questions.
