Application Timeline
Housing & Dining Programs accepts applications for the RA position at two times during the academic year. The charts below give you the general timeline of our application and interview processes. These are approximate and are subject to change from year-to-year.
If you are studying abroad, you must apply the semester prior to your abroad experience. Housing & Dining Programs does not accept applications from students while they are abroad because they are not able to participate in the interview process from a distance.
For Candidates Interested in Positions Starting in Fall 2012
Candidates who will be studying abroad in the fall, but are interested in starting the following spring should also follow this timeline.
