RA Application Process

Application Timeline

Housing & Dining Programs accepts applications for the RA position at two times during the academic year. Below you will find a general timeline of our application and interview processes. These are approximate and are subject to change from year-to-year.

If you are studying abroad, you must apply the semester prior to your abroad experience. Housing & Dining Programs does not accept applications from students while they are abroad because they are not able to participate in the interview process from a distance.

 

For Candidates Interested in Positions Starting in Fall 2013

Candidates who will be studying abroad in the Fall, but are interested in starting the following Spring should also follow this timeline.

Mandatory Information Sessions (Candidates must attend 1 to be considered for RA position):

 

Tuesday, January 15 at 10pm (Letts Formal Lounge)
 
Wednesday, January 16 at 8pm (The Hatch in Leonard Hall)
 
Thursday, January 17 at 5pm (The Hatch in Leonard Hall)
 
Friday, January 18 at 12pm (Anderson Conference Room)
 
 
   
Applications Due (submitted online)
 
Friday, February 1st, 2013 at 11:59pm  


Interview Process (After submitting your application, you will be notified via email if you have been invited to interview. Candidates may preference an interview day on the application)
