Volunteer Information

Do you want to be a volunteer?

We need your help! We are looking for volunteers to help us collect donations prior to the sale, prepare for the community sale, and to assist us on the day of the sale. This is a great way to get involved in the AU community and help for a good cause.

On-Campus Resident Volunteers

We need on-campus residents to assist with our donation points inside of the residence halls from April 27th - May 3rd as the majority of items on sale day will be coming from these locations. Additionally, we need volunteers on sale day (May 4th).

Faculty, Staff and Off-Campus Student Volunteers

We need faculty, staff and off-campus residents to assist with our campus donation locations during Earth Month activities on April 16th, 17th, and 22nd and May 2nd-4th. Additionally, we need volunteers to assist with pre-sorting the night before the sale (May 3rd), and on sale day (May 4th).

Information for Volunteers:

  • Volunteers must be at least 18 years old
  • As some of the items you will be handling may be dirty, please dress accordingly.
