Guest Cards

When you check in, you will receive a Guest Card. This is your spring ID and a valuable tool you will use for many purposes:

-- It is your access to the front doors of your residence hall.
-- If you purchase a meal plan (see flyer in welcome packet to purchase one), those plans and the EagleBuck$ will be placed on your Guest Card and used at all access points for meals.
-- EagleBuck$ are also able to be used at participating vendors both on and off campus. EagleBuck$ work like a debit card, and can be used to purchase food at various off campus locations rather than use cash or a credit card. See the Housing and Dining Programs Website for a complete list of off campus vendors.
-- You will be asked to show your Guest Card at the Jacobs Fitness Center. You may also need to show your Guest Card when riding the AU shuttle.
-- If you LOSE your card, go to the front desk of your hall and report your missing card. The staff will request a new card and transfer your previous balance of meals and EagleBuck$ onto your new card, which will be placed in your mail box. If you lose your card on a Friday or a weekend, you may have to wait until business hours on Monday to create a new guest card. There is a $15.00 charge to replace a lost or missing Guest Card. A temporary card for access can be obtained from Public Safety (located across from the South Side shuttle stop).
