Why has AU been a good match for you?
AU has been a great match for me! I love its high school sized classes and small campus which makes you feel like an individual. I love its political vibe and its ability to bring high profile speakers to campus. Its open-minded students also add to the institution, encouraging meaningful discussions and conversations. All this enriches my university experience.

What is your favorite class at AU?
My favorite class is American society. Firstly, I find the material to be very interesting and encompassing topics from race/ethnicity, gender, social class, education, inequality and social norms etc.The teaching style utilized by my professor also adds to this as she encourages us to discuss and debate these controversial topics in class.
