REAL (Residential Education for Aspiring Leaders) Leadership Programs are experiences designed to help students in their own leadership development and equip them with skills to be successful student leaders on campus. REAL Leadership Programs consist of the Fall and Spring Leadership Conferences, the REAL Institute (a multi-session certificate program), and REAL Training (single session on various leadership topics).
