The designated structure of the Residence Hall Association begins at the Hall Council level. Each residence hall has a Hall Council which consists of a President, Vice President of Programming, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Advocacy, two general assembly members, and the hall council members.
The President, Vice Presidents, and General Assembly members from each hall combine to make the RHA General Assembly. The General Assembly meets weekly to discuss residence hall issues and policy and allocate the financial resources of the Residence Hall Association.
Also in attendance as non-voting members is the RHA Executive Board. The Executive Board consists of the President, Vice President of Programming, Vice President of Finance and Administration, Vice President of Advocacy and Community Coordination, National Communications Coordinator, and the Chief of Staff. The Executive Board is responsible for the campus-wide initiatives and programs, providing insight and recommendations to the Hall Councils and General Assembly and serving as a liaison for administration and staff.
