The REAL Leadership Conference and Hall Council Training Events are large forums focused upon the leadership development of the residents as well as a training session for the leaders in the various Hall Councils. Each Fall and Spring, sessions are created in order to help the residents of American University cultivate their skills as student leaders, as well as create an atmosphere of leadership within the residential community.
