Type of User Access:
General Requestor: User can submit space requests for events on behalf of the designated department in which he/she works.
Requestor with Scheduling Privileges: User can submit space requests for events on behalf of the designated department in which he/she works AND has the ability to schedule the internal meeting space specific to his/her department. (e.g. OIT Conference Rooms, Provost Conference Room)
Core Scheduler: In addition to the access explained above, this user receives workflow notifications to assign space to events requested by other users. Core schedulers send confirmation emails to requestors after space is assigned.
