Avaya Unified Messaging System

The Office of Information Technology currently uses voicemail architecture, known as Avaya Unified Messaging. This system uses an integrated messaging model, which means you will be able to send, receive, store, and listen to their voicemail messages through your e-mail application on your computer or on your mobile device, in addition to your office phone. It also provides one location for all of your e-mail, voice mail messages, and faxes to reside.

To utilize the current voicemail system, please see the appropriate Quick Tips link on the right, based on how you access your e-mail.
