A Guide to IT Resources at American University 2008-2009
The Getting Connected guide is an annual publication produced by the Office of Information Technology for AU students, faculty, and staff. It is intended to serve as a reference guide of all information technology resources at American University, including not only the enterprise services from OIT, but also the University Library, Center for Teaching Excellence, Assistive Technology, and the Washington College of Law.
This publication has won a communication award for best customer service how-to-guides at a national technology conference.
