Alyssa Best advises students in the School of Communication in the fields of journalism, film, and media arts who are seeking internships, career guidance, and improved resumes and interviewing skills. She draws upon her previous advising experience with students and young professionals through her independent career coaching practice as well as her experience in non-profit communication and advocacy, including work as a program manager with The OpEd Project. She is passionate about helping students identify their dream careers and providing them with the tools to achieve their goals. She has a certificate in personal development coaching from The CaPP Institute.
