• Michelle came to AU in July 2008 after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Communication Studies. She manages the selection, hiring, and training of 6 Desk Coordinators and close to 55 Desk Receptionists. In the summer months, Michelle works with interns and AU summer students.
