• Barbara Tucker Parker holds a BA in theatre arts from Cedar Crest College, Allentown, Pennsylvania, and an MFA in design from George Washington University. At American University, she has designed or constructed more than 100 theatre productions and dance concerts and has created outfits for student performing troupes and performances. Locally, her work has been featured at such venues as Horizons Theatre, Kennedy Center Theatre Lab, Jewish Community Theatre, Studio Theatre, and New Arts Theatre.
