Karen Froslid Jones

• Karen Froslid Jones is currently the Director of the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA) at American University. She oversees the institution’s institutional assessment program, including coordinating assessment of student learning. As part of her responsibilities, she oversees AU’s accreditation. She has been co-chair of the university’s Middle States self-study committee and has a served as an assessment evaluator on a number of Middle States visiting teams.
