• Dr. Leroy Miller has taught courses in international relations and international business in the Washington Semester Program at the American University in Washington, DC. since 1983. From 1984 to 1986 he directed the American University Semester in Bonn, Germany.
  
  As a Fulbright scholar at the University of Bonn in Germany he received his doctorate in international relations with his dissertation on decision making and the political economy of German Ostpolitik.
  
  Dr. Miller has consulted for international businesses since 1989. He has lectured on cross-cultural and international relations at the Foreign Service Institute of the U.S. Department of State. As a former member of the European Union’s "Team Europe", with colleagues in the United States, Japan and Europe, he lectures to business audiences on opportunities in Europe. He has served as a consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank on tourism development projects in Trinidad and Tobago, and in Panama.
