Additional Information:  Peter Chinloy's areas of research include real estate equity and debt pricing, and mortgage option structure. His teaching specialties include managerial economics, real estate finance, and real estate development. Chinloy has published five books on management and productivity, including The Cost of Doing Business: Legal and Regulatory Issues in the United States and Beyond and Labor Productivity. His works on real estate include Real Estate Investment and Financial Strategy, plus more than 50 refereed articles in Real Estate Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, American Economic Review, and other journals.
