Patricia Williams

- Dr. Patricia Williams is a physician who transitioned from family medicine to OD in 1989. She maintains a broad-based independent OD practice focusing on team building, diversity management, leadership training and coaching (with a specialty in women’s leadership), and organizational strategy, particularly in the not-for-profit and public sectors. Dr. Williams has a number of publications in professional and practitioner outlets. She has also held leadership roles in the NTL Institute and is a dean and faculty member for key programs. She replaced Dr. Morley Segal, the MSOD’s co-founder, as lead instructor for the Individual & Organization course. This course is now part of the Use of Self in Professional Practice Residency, which Dr. Williams has redesigned with Professor Heather Berthoud.
