He ensures project goals and objectives are accomplished within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope, while minimizing risks and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. He leads the process of project delivery, coordinating with internal project champions, subject matter experts, analysts, developers, and third party vendors in support of a number of ongoing initiatives.
