• Since joining the staff at American University in 1999, I have had a broad range of experiences, both personal and professional, which have been life changing. Through those experiences I have developed many life-long friendships with my colleagues. As a member of the Employee Relations Team, I am a point of contact for employees and managers with questions on employment policies and for the resolution of workplace issues or concerns. In addition, I coordinate the annual performance based salary increase process and conduct compensation analysis to ensure that the university’s pay practices for staff are competitive and fair.
