• As Special Assistant to the Provost, Bud Burkhard reports to the Provost and the Vice Provost for Academic Administration. He provides significant and high level professional support to the Office of the Provost, and similar support to the Deans as assigned.
  
  Burkhard has worked in higher education for over two decades, both in the classroom and in administrative positions. Trained as a historian, Bud earned his BA and MA degrees from Rutgers, and his PhD from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
