Jennifer Carignan advises undergraduate students in AU’s nationally-ranked School of Public Affairs. In this capacity, she guides students through the process of finding and applying for challenging and fulfilling career and internship opportunities.
Prior to coming to AU, Jennifer served as an associate manager for research at the nonprofit, nonpartisan Partnership for Public Service. This role included managing high-profile research studies on federal human capital challenges, including the recruitment and hiring of talented Americans into government positions. While at the Partnership she also advised jobseekers and trained career advisors on the federal job search and application process - an experience that serves her well when counseling SPA students.
