• CharLynn Bolden joined SOC in October 2009 as the Grants Manager. She has contracts and management experience where she worked for the DC Office of the State Superintendent, DC Justice Grants Administration, and IBM, where she spent nearly a decade. CharLynn is responsible for grants management support and oversees SOC's grants portfolio.
