• Dave Courter is responsible for the management of:
  Real estate, including off-campus investment property, on-campus property leased to outside parties, and leased property used by the university;
  Contracted food service, campus store and mail services operations;
  Contracted vending services;
  and trademark and licensing administration.
  He has seventeen years experience in higher education administration in the Washington DC area, and over twenty years as an officer in the United States Navy.
