• Emily became American University’s Sustainability Coordinator in July, 2010. Emily primarily coordinates outreach and communications within the campus community, the Green Eagle program, and the 25-building LEED certification project.
  
  Before joining the Office of Sustainability she coordinated K-12 and higher ed energy efficiency education as a Project Manager at the Alliance to Save Energy.
  
  In undergrad, Emily wrote an undergraduate thesis entitled “A Homeowner’s Guide to Energy Conservation” to graduate with honors. She is currently enrolled at American University in the Global Environmental Policy MA program.
