Erin Mann Program Manager, PPIA School of Public Affairs

The Public Policy and International Affairs Program (PPIA) is a national not-for-profit that has been supporting efforts to increase diversity in public service for over 30 years. Thanks to a partnership with American University, the PPIA National Office is currently operating on AU’s campus. Erin Mann is the PPIA National Director in Washington, DC. Erin comes to PPIA from the Impact Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to leadership development, where she served as the Women's Leadership Program Manager. In this role, Erin managed the strategic and day-to-day operations of a dynamic fellowship program for high-potential women. Prior to joining Impact Center, Erin was a Federal Affairs Associate with CFM, a public affairs firm. Originally from California, Erin earned a Bachelor's degree in international relations from the University of California, Davis in 2007. She moved to Washington, DC later that year to launch her career in public service. In addition to her professional experience, Erin has volunteered with several organizations involved with public policy advocacy and leadership development.
