Monica Fuhrmann

Research Specialist II School of Public Affairs

Prior to joining the JPO, Monica was an Administrative Assistant in the Office of Compliance and Enforcement for the Legal Services Corporation, ensuring fiscal and regulatory compliance with federal funding guidelines for civil legal aid grantees. Monica has a diverse work background, including positions as a Legal Research Associate for Thomson Reuter's Westlaw, an Operations Assistant for an Alternative Medicine Group in Seattle, and an Operations Manager for a political mailing firm during the 2012 election cycle. Monica is a second year graduate student in the distance learning program at the University of Cincinnati pursuing her Master's in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Offender Rehabilitation. She is originally from Chicago. Outside of her academic and career obligations, Monica enjoys live music and is a voracious reader.
