• As a Manager of Professional Development, Barbara has coached and counseled managers and leaders in achieving strategic and personal goals. She has designed management programs and individual courses for higher education, government agencies and fortune 100 corporations.

• Degrees

  MS. Hampton-Barclay received a Master of Science degree in Adult Education from the City University of New York with additional post graduate courses in education at Columbia University Teachers College. She has certificates from Georgetown University in Organization Development and Leadership Coaching. She is also a member of the International Society for Performance and Instruction (ISPI), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is a designated Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resources Management. She is awaiting certification from the International Coaching Federation and the Institute for Transformative Mediation.
