Barbara Hampton-Barclay is the Professional Development and Consulting Manager for Workplace Learning and Development. She conducts needs assessments and designs, delivers training, and facilitates department meetings, team building, and retreats for strategic planning.
Barbara has coached and counseled leaders and managers in achieving strategic and personal goals for educational organizations, government agencies, and fortune 100 corporations. Barbara received a Master of Science degree in Adult Education from the City University of New York with post graduate courses at Columbia University Teachers College. Barbara is a certified in Organization Development and Leadership Coaching by Georgetown University.
She is a certified facilitator for: Development Dimensions International (DDI), Achieve Global and Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving/Decision Making and Project Management. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Leadership Coach. Barbara is also a certified administrator and facilitator of the Myers-Briggs type Indicator. She is also a member the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and is a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
