• I joined American University in August 2009 and am so happy to be a part of this engaging and diverse community in the DC area. Hailing from Kentucky and Tennessee, I began my career here as the HR Administrative Assistant. In my current role as Employee Relations Specialist, I support our Employee Relations team and serve as a first point of contact for staff members regarding any workplace concerns or issues. We strive each day to provide excellent customer service and maintain this positive, diverse, and high performing work environment.
