• Homer has nearly 14 years of experience in the IT field, most of it at AU, starting as a batch-counter clerk distributing mainframe printouts in MGC and answering simple technical questions, to working full-time as an Information Security Engineer with a vast array of knowledge and technical expertise. In between, Homer has supervised Technical Support, run the gamut of Lan Analyst positions in Network Operations, and eventually attained the position of Senior LAN Analyst for a couple years. Today, he works with the Information Security team, in a variety of capacities that encompass secure network computing at AU. He is also an AU alum, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters in IT Management. Homer holds a black-belt in Tae Kwon Do and is currently working on a black-belt in Kung-Fu.
