Robert Hradsky, Ed.D., is Assistant Vice President of Campus Life, Dean of Students, and Title IX Coordinator at American University where he oversees the Office of Campus Life’s student learning and development team including the Academic Support and Access Center, Counseling Center, Dean of Students Office, Orientation, Transition and Retention Programs, Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution Services, Student Health Center, and the Wellness Center. Prior to his arrival at AU, Dr. Hradsky served in leadership roles at several area universities including vice provost for enrollment management and student affairs at the University of Baltimore, assistant dean for student affairs at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and executive director of career services for the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Hradsky’s work has been recognized by a number of professional organizations and he has held leadership positions in the American College Personnel Association, the Association of Schools of Public Health, and the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers. Dr. Hradsky currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the ACPA Educational Leadership Foundation.
