Julie joined the AU Rec Sports & Fitness staff in August, 2013. In her role she oversees all Fitness and Wellness Programming. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Fitness Specialist and Group Exercise Instructor. Julie's main goal is to offer a wide variety of programs that engage the AU community. She wants everyone to find a healthy activity they can stick with for life!
