• Jurgens works for the Office of Information Technology as a Help Desk Analyst. He brings over 5 years of technical support and customer service experience to American University. Prior to AU, he worked at Westat in Rockville, providing phone and email support for the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey, a longitudinal data collection survey sponsored by the Federal Government. Before coming to the area, Jurgens lived in Upstate New York and got his Bachelor's Degree from Utica College. Jurgens was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines.
