- Kelvin is the Information Technology Service Manager for the Office of Information Technology at American University. He has over 15 years of experience working in Education and over 12 of those years as an IT professional. In his current position, Kelvin's main responsibility is creating and managing technology Service Level Agreements for the University. Prior to becoming the IT Service Manager, Kelvin managed the Anderson Computing Complex for 8 years. During his tenure, Kelvin served as a member of AU's Staff Council and chaired the Council from 2006 to 2007.
