- Matt started as the Program Coordinator of the GLBTA RC at AU in April 2009. He came from George Mason University, where he served in multiple capacities. He started in the New Century College Program (the Integrative Studies Department at GMU) as an academic advisor, internship coordinator, and co-chair for the Diversity Committee. Additionally, he also taught courses in NCC’s First Year Program and a course designed specifically for students transferring into NCC. He finished his time at GMU as the Program Coordinator in the LGBTQ Resources Office. Matt is also a member of ACPA, the Consortium of Higher Education LGBT Resource Professionals, and the National Coalition Building Institute.
