Paulette Adams

Assistant Director, Admissions Kogod School of Business

Paulette Adams manages all undergraduate recruitment, communication, and admissions related activities within the Kogod School of Business. She coordinates with Office of Enrollment to ensure that prospective high school and transfer students are able to receive up to date program information, admissions requirements, and transfer articulations. Paulette is also responsible for planning and implementing various events on campus for prospective students and their families as well as coordinating community college visits. Along with the Associate Director of Programming and Student Activities, Paulette manages the envoy aspect of Kogod’s 1955 Club peer mentors and ambassadors. Prior to American University, Paulette spent over six years in higher education as an Academic Advisor serving active duty military students and veterans as well as experience in admissions. Paulette also has experience teaching adult school and pre-school. In addition to her passion for education, Paulette also has a passion for travel. As an experienced traveler, Paulette has volunteered, studied, and spent time in over 15 countries on 4 continents.
