• I joined the staff at American University in 1995 to be in a non-profit, educational environment with opportunities for career growth. I was immediately impressed with the openness and friendliness of the community and how well staff were valued.
  In my role as Director of HR Communications, I lead the HR communication initiatives all with the goal of providing excellent customer service and information to our campus community.
