Bio: Travis works with undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Public Affairs to help them discover their passions, explore careers, refine their personal marketing tools, and get connected. His areas of expertise include federal government hiring procedures and pre-law advising, and Travis works with students from all schools and colleges who are interested in law school. Travis also guides outstanding AU graduate students committed to public service through the application process for the prestigious Presidential Management Fellows Program.

Before making AU his professional home in 2004, Travis worked at universities in Arizona and Maryland, and worked for four years as an editor, reporter, and financial analyst for a Dow Jones newswire in D.C.
