Technical Support Manager IT Customer Service

Lushan works in the Office of Information Technology. He is responsible for the management of the technical support team which provides on-site desktop hardware and software support for the campus community. Additionally, he is the go-to person for IT support for the Office of the President, as well as that of the Provost, and Vice President of Finance. He works with a diverse team of technical support engineers who provide level 3 customer support for AU's faculty and staff.
