• Cassandra Szczechowicz first joined the Office of Development and Alumni Relations in March 2010 as an event planner for the School of Public Affairs. In her current role as associate director of Stewardship and Donor Relations, she focuses primarily on the stewardship of endowed and current-use funds, donor recognition, development communications, and special events. Cassandra began working in the field of Development and Alumni Relations as a student fundraiser for her alma mater’s phonathon program. After completing her BA in English from Ithaca College, Cassandra continued to work in annual giving and spent two years managing the phonathon program at Bentley University, located in Waltham, Massachusetts. Cassandra completed her MA in Strategic Communication from American University in 2012.
