Tracy Velázquez received her A.B. from Harvard University and a Master of Public Administration from Montana State University. She has significant experience in criminal justice reform, having served in various roles at the Vera Institute of Justice, the Council for Court Excellence, and the Justice Policy Institute, and as a consultant to the DC Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services and the U.S. Department of Justice, National Institute of Corrections. Velazquez also has significant experience in public health as the past Executive Director of the Montana Mental Health Association and through her work with a number of other public health voluntary organizations.
