Network Operations Center Analyst
Winston has more than ten years of computer and customer service experience. He began as a part-time Support Technician at AU, in 2001. In 2005, he became a full-time Network Operations Center Analyst. Winston has extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, the AU e-mail system as well as knowledge of the AU network infrastructure. You can also find Winston answering Help Desk calls after hours to help provide high quality customer service to faculty, staff, and students.
