Brian Williams, Ed.D. is a senior training specialist and the owner of Awzom Technology & Management. He is an Organizational Development Professional, Executive Coach, Professional Speaker, Author, Trainer, Facilitator, and Consultant with 25+ years of helping leaders and organizations get from where they are to where they want to be. He has worked in commercial, government, academic, and non-profit settings on initiatives and projects ranging from executive coaching that impacts a single organization to wide scope training interventions affecting thousands of stakeholders across the country. Brian received his Doctor of Education degree “with distinction”in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University’s Executive Leadership Doctoral Program under the academic advisement of world-renowned Action Learning expert, Dr. Michael Marquardt. He also holdsan M.A. in Human Resource Development from George Washington University. Brian isa Certified Action Learning Coach (CALC), and is the co-author of “Discover Your Inner Strength” with co-authors Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard, and Brian Tracy.

Dr. Paul R. Williams holds the Rebecca Grazier Professorship in Law and International Relations at American University, where he teaches in the School of International Service and the Washington College of Law. Williams is the founder of the Public International Law and Policy Group, which provides pro bono legal assistance to developing states and states in transition and was nominated for the 2005 Nobel Peace Prize. Previously, he served in the U.S. Department of State’s Office of the Legal Advisor for European and Canadian Affairs; as a senior associate with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace; and as a Fulbright research scholar at the University of Cambridge. During the course of his legal practice, Williams has assisted nearly two dozen states and substate entities in major international peace negotiations and in the drafting of post conflict constitutions. He has served as a delegation member in the Dayton, Rambouillet-Paris, Key West, Lake Ohrid-Skopje, and Belgrade-Podgorica negotiations. He has also advised 15 governments across Europe, Africa, and Asia on matters of public international law. Williams has authored four books on topics of international human rights, international environmental law, and international norms of justice, and more than 25 articles on a wide variety of public international law topics. He regularly publishes op-eds in major newspapers and has been interviewed over 500 times by major print and broadcast media.
