Bio
Elmer is a data scientist who helps to answer strategic questions relating to graduate admissions and enrollment. He provides technical expertise on ways to increase student enrollment, diversify the student body and build better processes around admission and enrollment. He is responsible for reviewing and analyzing data and trends, forecasting changes in enrollment, and working with AU leadership to develop enrollment models and operational strategies to respond. Elmer is the project lead for a new initiative that creates University Industry Collaborations for American University's STEM graduate programs. He participates in several cross-divisional committees related to Business Intelligence and CRM solutions.
