I am a junior pursuing a dual-degree in Marketing and Public Communications, with a minor in Statistics. Originally from Kentucky, I feel head over heels in love with this city as soon as I arrived for my first day of orientation in 2007. American University has presented some great opportunities for me, and I've gone out of my way to grab some of the myriad opportunities available here in DC! In addition, I studied abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark in the fall of 2009--it was an incredible time to be there!
I'm very active on campus. I am a brother in the Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity, I play trumpet in the pep band, and I am a member of the university honors program, the Kogod 1955 Club, Eco-Sense, Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society, the Public Relations Student Society of America, and more. I also write a bimonthly column for the student-run campus newspaper, The Eagle.
I'm always looking for the next big opportunity or exciting new challenge. I spend a lot of my free time with friends, watching movies, biking, reading and talking online through various social media (sort of my speciality).
