Ming began working for AU's Office of Information Technology in 2002. He is currently an Analyst for AU's Network Operations Center, where the University's enterprise network infrastructure and data backup system are constantly being monitored for possible system and network issues to ensure a consistently stable computing environment for the staff, faculty, and students. Ming also provides after hours Help Desk support for immediate over the phone support of personal computers and network connections.
