Samuel Morales

Sam Morales Flores is a second year graduate student pursuing a master's degree in political science: comparative politics. His academic and research interests include the politics of the developing world and particularly the Middle East and East Africa, political violence, migration and diaspora politics, colonial and postcolonial institutions and the politics of Australia and New Zealand. He is currently researching the politics of nationalism, identity and migration in Australia and New Zealand. Sam graduated from Colby College with a BA in Government and speaks German and Spanish. Among his interests are travel, cooking, gaming and reading great books of all kinds.
