Samantha Stratton is a sophomore in the School of Communications majoring in Foreign Language and Communications Media with a focus in public communication and spanish. Originally from Louisville, Ky., Samantha held an internship at The Voice Tribune, Louisville's top social newspaper, during the summer of 2011. She has published over 20 articles and has a college advice blog through The Voice-Tribune's website. Other internships include Ford Modeling Agency, New York Magazine and a personal internship with a freelance event planner in DC. Samantha is involved in American University life as a SOC ambassador and Director of Alumnae Relations for her sorority, Delta Gamma. She has also worked on ATV as a sports reporter, backup anchor and editor for "The Early Bird." Samantha apires to take her studies abroad in Spring 2012 to Spain. In the future, Samantha would like to work in international PR for government agencies of large corporations.
