The Simulation of International Trade and Environment (The SITE)

Rate on a scale of 1-5, with 1 strongly opposed to statement and 5 strongly agree with. A choice of 3 is a midpoint between the two. |1 Strong Disagree|2 Some Disagree|3 Undecided|4 Some Agree|5 Agree 1.When trade and environment conflict, trade should win. 2.The environment should never be used as a political weapon. 3.Trade and environment issues are of little importance to US and Japanese policy makers. 4.What a country does inside its own borders with regard to the environment is its own concern. 5.There are global environmental values. 6.A country's culture may determine how it views trade and the environment. 7.Countries need to set more trade rules that impact the environment. 8.Unilateral environmental measures are wrong and should not be used. 9.Rich countries are the only ones who can worry about the environment in trade disputes. 10.The public should have the right to take part in these kinds of disputes.
