  2. This class will help you learn to access and use subject-specific databases that index the scholarly literature necessary for completing a literature review assignment. In addition, the basic aspects of what a literature review looks like will be covered. Bring your research topics and literature review questions with you so that the class can be as useful as possible.

The American University Library and the Arab World Studies Program invite AU faculty, staff, students, alumni, and members of the Washington, D.C.-metro community to a book discussion series on Muslim Journeys: American Stories. Professor Randa Serhan, Director of the Arab World Studies Program, will lead the discussions.
